Standard Service Items (Every Visit)

  • Dust and De-cobweb from the ceiling down: cornices, corners, skirts, windowsills and frames. Around curtains, all household surfaces are dusted using High Cobwebbing poles, feather dusters or anti-static dusters, damp cloths / polish cloths.
  • Sparkle all mirrors: glass fronted cabinets, glass tables.
  • Vacuum clean: whole house interior.
  • Clean all visible kitchen surfaces: benches, sinks, cupboard fronts, back wash tiles, cook top, outside of oven and fridge. Microwave – inside and out.
  • Bathrooms: rub scrub, wipe, dry and sparkle as required.
  • Mop wet areas.

NB: Emphasis is placed on the use of water dampened cloths with limited use of chemicals on general surfaces. Kitchens, baths, showers and toilets will require the use of disinfectants.
